1. Entry Fee Non-Refundability

Battlex11 is a platform for competitive skill-based tournaments. Once a user joins a tournament by paying the entry fee, the fee is non-refundable.

This is because slots are limited, and joining a tournament blocks that slot for other potential players. If you fail to show up for the match or miss the start time, your entry fee will not be returned.

2. Match Cancellations

In the rare event that a tournament or match is canceled by the Battlex11 platform due to technical failures, insufficient participants, or other administrative reasons:

  • The full entry fee will be refunded to the user's platform wallet or original payment method.
  • Users will be notified via email or app notification regarding the cancellation and refund status.

3. Withdrawal of Winnings

Winnings earned through skill-based performance can be withdrawn from your account.

  • Manual Verification: All withdrawal requests are processed manually to ensure result integrity and compliance with platform rules.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of the request.
  • Verification: We may require Identity Verification (KYC) before approving large withdrawal amounts.

4. Disqualification Policy

If a player is found cheating, teaming, or violating the Terms and Conditions during a match, they will be disqualified immediately.

  • The entry fee for a disqualified player is not refundable.
  • Any potential winnings for that match will be forfeited.

If you believe a refund is due because of a technical error on our side, please reach out with your Transaction ID and Player UID to battlex11.app@gmail.com.
